Our HOA Board meeting is scheduled for Sunday, March 22, 2026 at 1:00PM, in the Mini-Park at Huff and Dennis. It is also on Zoom: Meeting ID: 549 749 5452. Passcode: 604754. The purpose of the meeting is to count the ballots for our new Bylaws and CC&R (documents). Please send in your ballot, we need a two thirds participation to update the docs.

This week, HOA owners will be able to access the Owners-Only section of this website. O-O: Documents, discussions, and information. Owners can only jump to that section by logging into their account on apmhoa.net Reminder: apmhoa.net uses OTP, over-the-air passwords. Use the email or mobile number you provided at setup. You will be sent a verification code.
After 30 years, we have our first website providing announcements, information, and links for the people in our Stoneridge Park community.

Association Property Manager, LLC
• Local Site Manager: Krishna Yalamanchi 925-444-7697 for problems and emergencies inside the community like the mini-park, trees, etc. Emergency calls 24/7, otherwise PST business hours.
• Operations Director: Tammy Robinson, [email protected] for billing and administrative questions, document submission, permission requests, and owner information, and title updates. These are best handled by email and responded to within one business day. Follow up with a call or voice message, 810-777-7060, after you have sent an email so they can have the your details available.
•nb: ALL APM voice calls, voice messages, texts, and emails (to and from) are recorded and inspectable by the HOA Board,
